In short, on 12/19/2025, late morning/early afternoon - I was told, by Andy (salesman) that my purchase of a 2016 Rubicon Hard Rock was complete - the Jeep was mine and the paperwork is will be processed (Per dealerrater, I cannot attach photos.). This was an ONLINE PURCHASE, as I live out of state and the Jeep was going to be transported to me. On 12/20/25 - the very next morning, they breached my contract and sold that JK to someone else. To recap, on 12/19/2025, in the AM, they ran my credit and secured an approval, but failed to complete my purchase (Despite the fact the salesman stated, IN WRITING, my deal was done.), failed to NOTE their system the Jeep was sold so it would NOT be sold to anyone else, failed to move the Jeep to a SOLD area off of the sales lot and failed to do anything beyond the attached images you'll see attached to this review. Their email addresses bounce, so management cannot be reached UNLESS any of the staff provide a valid/legitimate email to reach them. NOTE the email from Jeff Horning "appears" to be sincere, but it's a LEAD GENERATION email - as read in the signature and THAT is what led me to post my reviews: Jeff Horning General Sales Manager Gary Yeomans Ford Daytona Beach 1420 North Tomoka Farms Road Daytona Beach, FL 32124 I'm unable to share the email addresses/contact info per dealerrater guidelines. Also, the email is from F. Rollins - NOT Jeff. I learned that Terry Taylor, president of Automotive Management Services, Inc - owns Yeomans and, whether he cares or not, I'm hoping he sees this review and WILL ensure NOBODY else goes through this, infuriating, experience. There's more to this debacle, but I'll leave it here. I'm STILL angry about this "transaction", but "stuff" happens. I bought a Ford Explorer at Gary Yeomans. On Wednesday, December 10 they were given a post check to be deposited on the 12th for my granddaughter. on Monday the 15th they call my granddaughte On Wednesday, December 10 they were given a post check to be deposited on the 12th for my granddaughter. on Monday the 15th they call my granddaughter telling her the check bounce and to bring the car back. I was on the phone for 45 minutes, trying to square the situation away and was never able to talk to anyone except operators and listening to a phone ring for 45 minutes. I called my bank and they do not show any transactions of that check ever being deposited and I have overdraft protection that would’ve covered it. I’ll never buy anything again from Gary Yeomans for all they wanna do is sell sell sell and money money money take your business elsewhere cause they’re a xxxxing joke! More

My wife and I just purchased a new Expedition from Gary Yeoman’s Ford in Daytona and are extremely happy with the vehicle and the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good people to work without a lot of pressure. We started working with Dakota in sales, who was very nice and helpful. But due to us having to come in on a day when Dakota had the day off, we were pleasantly surprised when Dakota happily directed us to TJ another salesperson which he said would treat us right. Teamwork like that is admirable and appreciated. TJ was awesome to work with, and we soon found a vehicle we wanted that would be shipped to the dealer. Due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle we thought we purchased was taken off the market. At this point a whole team of Sales, Sales managers and Financial employees jumped in to make sure we were taken care of and happy. They gave us a very nice loaner to drive while they found exactly what we wanted. They spent hours tracking down vehicles around the states that fit the description. They went over and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. I would personally like to thank everyone involved TJ, Dakota, Mike, Shane, Allison and Nareesh and any others who helped out. More

SCAMY SCUMMY CAR SALES TACTICS, plain and simple. This dealership only sells cars to stupid people. From the first contact they played me. After driving the car that I was initially interested in I mentioned that I was going down the road to the mercedes dealership. The young guy I had been pawned off onto said that he would go and get the car since the dealerships are owned by the same people. He came back without the car and never closed the loop, just sort of ignored us so we left. I called back a couple days later and left a message with the guy I was originally supposed to see. He didn't call. Back and yet another person got involved. She wouldn't budge on any of the junk fee nonsense like some certification they had already done, lol. She also wouldn't itemize what the different fees were for. I was once a commercial lender who did warehouse lines for car dealerships, so I know all the tricks and nonsense. They must just think everyone is a mark right out of the gate. Don't fall for it. These people are the worst of the worst. More
