When a customer is willing to pay 90,000.00 for a truck, which is full sticker price and plus taxes and tags... but the manager at Gary Yeoman wants 3,000.00 over full sticker price plus taxes and tags. I think that is a really bad business decision, taking advantage of the chip shortage. When inventory is back up, maybe full price will seem like a job well done for your dealership. More

I struggled to say "YES" to recommending Gary Yeomans. Everything in our deal went so smoothly, only to crash and burn so majestically two weeks AFTER we signed paperwork and had our vehicle. I've said it in my Google review, but the short version is: We were 100% transparent about everything, they screwed up the paperwork which then had to be redone weeks later. This redo increased our payment $100/month. So a great buying experience became a huge disappointment and letdown. If you see a good deal, go for it. But BEWARE. Ask questions. Read everything. And don't be afraid to walk away. More
I had to pay them $500 to have a vehicle I wanted transferred from another dealership. After we finally settled on a price they would not take my money because they wanted me to take a loan on the ca transferred from another dealership. After we finally settled on a price they would not take my money because they wanted me to take a loan on the car otherwise they would charge me a $500 penalty. So I was forced to take a loan against my will. Then the title was messed up and I had to make 3 trips across the county to their business to get it straight. In addition, the car was in for warranty repair 11 times in 11 months. Ford would not make good on the warranty. So discussed I traded the car at a great loss after less than a year. I will never do business with them or Ford again. More
