They do a fine job for an oil change and tire rotation but the dealership is a bit pricy as expected. I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. I had a dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman got it done. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More
