2013 Ford Fiesta SE DPS6 Clutch/Transmission Issue I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible for the Ford replacement / correction program. Paul Thiel accepted the vehicle and put me at ease letting me know that there was a dedicated tech assigned to these issues. I receive constant communication via text AND phone call as to the status of the repair. The repair was completed in a more than timely manner ahead of schedule. The ease of drop off and pick up we’re exceptional. I have to be honest I was dreading the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of how I treated, reassured, and the repair.
