BAIT AND SWITCH If I could give 0 stars, I would. Total bait and switch by their sales department. BEWARE! After confirming PRICE and availability with 2 differe If I could give 0 stars, I would. Total bait and switch by their sales department. BEWARE! After confirming PRICE and availability with 2 different salespeople, we decided to drive 125 miles one way to look at a SPECIFIC vehicle which we had referenced via the online ad and the associated stock number. We arrived at the dealership to discover the price was almost $14,000 more because of dealer added options which were NOT mentioned at any point by the salesperson or her manager. The advertised vehicle NEVER existed even though we were lured there by their online ad and the reassurances of two people. This was not a mistake or an oversight. The vehicle had been sitting in their inventory for 584 days (and when we arrived, on the showroom floor with a big sticker of almost $53K) so I'm sure any salesman worth their keep was aware of this vehicle having walked by it every day. Being VERY upset at their dishonesty and the fact that we had wasted our time and money to drive so far, they quickly offered other vehicles which we made clear we were NEVER interested in. AS A SIDE NOTE, we were attacked by 2 salespeople before we ever got out of our car, and when left the showroom, we were chased down by another salesperson who again tried to sell us a different vehicle. This is the classic BAIT AND SWITCH sales technique. We were lied to multiple times and they are outright frauds. More
