Mike Long has been our salesperson for all four purchases, (we also have a Ford Escape & a Ford Edge), and he is the reason we keep returning to this dealership. To Yeoman's credit, they all seem very pleasant to work with and really want you to leave happy. This particular purchase I felt they did not offered a very good deal at first, we were prepared to walk out and the deal got substantially better. I realize this is the norm for car purchases in general, but the difference between what the initial offer was and what we wound up with makes me think we would have been very foolish to take their first offer. So, I am happy with the car, very happy with the salesman (MIKE LONG), and a little less happy with the dealership on this transaction...(why I stole one star). More
