I'm very pleased with the vehicle purchasing experience I had with Carlos Calzada at Gary Yeomans Ford. I initially inquired about the inventory of F-150's online. Carlos sent me an e-mail withi experience I had with Carlos Calzada at Gary Yeomans Ford. I initially inquired about the inventory of F-150's online. Carlos sent me an e-mail within 30 minutes letting me know that the vehicles I was looking at were still on the lot and available. I explained to him that I wanted to be pre-approved with FMCC, and have an idea of the price of the vehicle before I drove 75 miles to the dealership. Within 1 hour, Carlos had my questions answered and I drove from Melbourne, FL. to Daytona. Upon my arrival, Carlos immediately took me to the vehicles I looked at online and explained all the functions/differences of those vehicles. After narrowing my choices, we began to look at my trade-in, rebates, and final out the door pricing. I was not initially satisfied with the trade-in allowance I was given. I informed Carlos of where I wanted to be payment-wise and with the trade-in amount. He departed and returned 15 minutes later with pricing below what I requested!!! This is my 13th vehicle purchasing experience. This is only the 2nd time I've ever experienced hassle-free, "whatever it takes" attitude and service from a Sales Representative. I am very happy with my vehicle purchasing experience at Gary Yeomans and would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Last but not least: Pricing! Do your homework! Savings and within budget pricing can be had a Gary Yeomans. More

We live in Palm Beach County and actually drove up to Daytona to look at a vehicle at another nearby dealership. Upon getting to the dealership we actually came to visit, it was an immediate let down and Daytona to look at a vehicle at another nearby dealership. Upon getting to the dealership we actually came to visit, it was an immediate let down and the long drive seemed to be a total waste of our Saturday. However, we decided to stop into Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln dealership to see what they had to offer as we were in the market for a specific make and model. To our great surprise and luck, the exact make, model, year, and color vehicle was on display in front of the business. As we exited to look at the vehicle, Scott Syesta approached us and was very friendly and attentive. As the interaction progressed we were brought inside to discuss prices; Prices for our trade in and prices for the vehicle we wanted. It was at this time we were introduced to Ramon Esteban. We were all able to come to an agreement for the purchase. The process was streamlined and we were on the road in the new vehicle in no time. Even after getting home, we had to call upon them again for a minor defect and were met with even greater customer service. The resolution was quick and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Gary Yeomans Ford/Lincoln and would not hesitate to return for future business, even despite the drive. There is no doubt that Gary Yeoman’s staff takes pride in their job and customer service is especially paramount. More

One of the best automobile buying experiences I have ever had. The only one the same or better was another vehicle I purchased at Gary Yeoman's with David Yarborough. Well my overall experience at the time was good. Scott, Ramon, and Jason were very nice and a pleasure to deal with, However, now I am having to go back into the dealership because something happened with Ramon, and Jason were very nice and a pleasure to deal with, However, now I am having to go back into the dealership because something happened with the CPO Vehicle program and not going to be able to get the same vehicle. I am grateful that I will be getting a new vehicle it is just a Hassle and my wife is not very happy. I know the dealership is not at fault for this but being as since I traveled over 25 miles to use this dealer now the back and forth travel is a burden. I am hoping that the dealership will provide me with some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience More
