Bob lived up to his promise and he delivered a simple, honest, and hassle free new vehicle purchasing experience. There was not any pressure to purchase a new car like I experienced at other dealers. The price I paid for the 2014 Ruby Red Convertible was better than any other dealer could come close to. The friendly sales and finance staff made this a truly enjoyable adventure. I had made an appointment with Bob for a test drive and on the way to the dealer my wife's phone quit. I sent a text to Bob informing him we needed to get a new phone and we would be a little late.
