Carlos was very patient and listened to what our needs were for purchasing the truck. A great deal was struck and Sal and I both bought new F150 Eco Boost trucks. Carlos took the time to familiarize us with the new vehicle and Sync our phones. We both left the dealership comfortable and happy with our purchase. We recommend Gary Yeomans dealership to everyone. At first, was unable to find a vehicle in the main car lot, Bill then took us to the rear of the dealership to see if there was any new vehicles that had just arrived, once again no luck, we returned to the main show room and off to the side was an Escape that we had not noticed but was what we were looking for, took us for a test drive and was satisfied. The rest of the transaction was very relaxed and completed. Bill never once tried to change our minds, listened to what we were wanting, and exceeded his ability to deliver another excellent Ford product. My father retired from Ford Motor company, working in the Mahwah, N.J. plant, so owning something other than a Ford was definitely not heard of. He recently passed away in May at age of 93. My brother -in-law followed in his steps also working at Mahwah and the Metuchen plant, he retired 3 yrs ago. So you can see the history of Ford in my life time and how Bill honored that. More

I found the vehicle I wanted on Gary Yeomans website, so requested contact. Kristen called me within 15 minutes of my posting a request for info. She went the extra mile to talk to her management about knocking $500 off the price---Troy called me back withing 15 minutes and offered the lower price, including tinted windows, bedliner, and bugshield in the lower price. The price was now same as AutoNation price but because it included the extras, we decided to go with Yeomans. The fact that they were willing to work with us, and contacted us with such timeliness is what sealed the deal for us. When we got there, the vehicle was detailed and ready, Kristen had the paperwork in order, and everything flowed smoothly after that, including the financing. Great job, Yeomans! This is the 2nd Ford we've purchased from Yeomans (purchased a 2009 Focus for our daughter) and each time the experience was great. We will definitely recommend your dealership to others. More

I found a Mustang that I wanted on the Yeoman's Ford website, and I emailed asking for information, and Mr. Calzada emailed me back quickly. I live in Jacksonville, so the first day I was able to get down to the dealership was Mr. Calzada's day off, but Mr. Kamal helped me out when I went down there. Mr. Calzada helped me out the next day I was there to finalize the sale and take delivery of the vehicle. This was the fourth Ford vehicle I have purchased, and working with the staff at Mr. Yeoman's is by far the best experience I have had buying a car. They had exactly the car I was looking for, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful, and they worked with me on price and financing to the utmost they could. Most importantly to me, they were accommodating of my schedule, as I had to get back and forth to Jacksonville for family and work obligations, so the sale took several days. No one I worked with tried to pressure me, and no one was rude or condescending, as I have always experienced with past car buying experiences. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others, and the next time I need to purchase a vehicle, I will look to one of Mr. Yeoman's dealerships first. More
