Had bad experience with ford service department . Been lied to by service representative. Anytime you call and leave a voicemail if it lets you leave one because it’s full you don’t get a call back f Been lied to by service representative. Anytime you call and leave a voicemail if it lets you leave one because it’s full you don’t get a call back for days and you have to keep calling hoping you get someone to answer if you’re lucky. Ford technicians don’t know what other mechanic shops and exhaust shops told me. Never addressed other warranty issues that I mentioned even though they had my vehicle for 8 days the first time. Gary Yeomans wanted 3000.00 dollars to change a catalytic converter when a muffler shop did it for 559.00 dollars.???????? More
