My daughter called Gary Yeoman Ford in Ocala regarding a Ford Escape that came up on the internet. She inquired whether it was on the lot, as she is looking to buy her first car, and was interested in a tes Ford Escape that came up on the internet. She inquired whether it was on the lot, as she is looking to buy her first car, and was interested in a test drive. The young lady who answered said she would check, got back on the line as said yes, that they would prepare it for her. The family drove to the dealership and we were greeted nicely. but that's where things took a turn for the worse. No one could locate the vehicle, "maybe in the back lot" came another comment. In the end, it was not found and ultimately it was admitted that the vehicle was in Daytona! A classic bait and switch. I thought this was against the law!? She was show many vehicles as we were looking for the Escape, a classic move on the part of the dealership, but as a family that owns two Ford vehicles, we are appalled that Gary Yeoman would pull such a stunt. The young man who was working with my daughter at the end asked if he could introduce us to his boss, at which I drew the line. Really... you want me to spend more time so another shark can take his turn with us. NO way! Stay away from Gary Yeoman Ford. Find another Ford dealership where at least honesty is practiced! I understand that I can file a complaint with the State and I will do so.... More

Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle from this dealership, since they include way, way, WAY more benefits (including a LIFETIME WARRANTY!) than anywhere else we’ve ever bought from in the past.
