He was professional but personal and stayed with us until all our questions were answered and the deal was done. He came in early and communicated with us all day, both my husband and I. I would strongly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a car. I felt as though everyone there was honest and friendly and honesty is something hard to find in car dealerships when everyone wants to sell a car and the consumer wants the best deal. The only thing that left us a little uneasy was when we filled out all the financial paperwork, we were offered the extended warranty, but was never told till all the paperwork was completed that there was a 100 deductible per visit with the warranty. My husband and I felt like it was still worth it, but I would have liked to know that upfront rather than when I was signing the paper. But overall it was a great dealership, clean professional and friendly.
