I bought a Cadillac ct6 from this dealer car has been solid. Other than the night vision never being functional since the day I purchased, kept giving me some story about it needing a special calibration solid. ( still hasn’t been resolved). Also had a rear monitor go out had it replaced, now both sides want retract which I know they should. Ryan the service manager gave some crap about maybe the car had a system upgrade, more lies. I purchased an extended warranty(5yr) when I purchased the vehicle. I was told by Paul the warranty was good until March 2026.Ryan the service manager Ryan,told me it’s expired. I simple want what I’ve paid for and to have my vehicle serviced properly. Im going to give this dealer the opportunity to make things right. If not satisfied I’ll be taking further action to receive the value which purchased. More

WOW, where do i start; i wrote several pages to owner about my complaint; he responded with a voice mail that he was one of the managers; when i texted him he then said he was the owner and wanted to mee about my complaint; he responded with a voice mail that he was one of the managers; when i texted him he then said he was the owner and wanted to meet to discuss my issue. i texted him back two days later and asked could we meet Thursday December 22nd after 2 p.m. that is the last thing i have heard. The issue goes into great detail about the service personnel. This makes me thinking about purchasing any more GMC vehicles Not the service i received for many years when Ray McKinney owned it. Since I’m new to the area did not have time to change the registration since I’ve only been here for hand my registration to the service Tim SPIVEY. He immediately tells me he can’t do the airbag recall for me that I would be more than easy for me to just have a dealer buy me do it 🤔I kind of fell that was amusing 🤠really I said well I happened to now live here also .I happen to be off work early at 2:00 PM I said when can you do it next 🧐Wednesday of next week wow. So now this is what I observed because I happen to be very observant 🙂was four salesman sitting under an awning two on golf a golf carts ready to cut off the other four for a sale. service department look like the Maytag washing machine repair man advertisement 🤣with no business ....one man was waiting in the waiting area 😁wow they must’ve really been backed up however to be blown off immediately. With an assumption I was not from the area not good.what if i I had a breakdown and I needed help couldn’t rely on this Chevy dealer😡 I thought that’s why we buy Chevys so that we have excellent service 😟sorry to say but someone with that kind of demeanor I wouldn’t let them fix my golf cart 😨. Because I’m sure if they did something wrong they would not live up to their mistake or at least come to a Customer friendly solution. I must say In today’s time there are plenty of qualified people out of work or maybe they don’t wanna work the end result is was not a pleasurable experience whatsoever again this was for a recall from Chevy for an airbag I guess because they weren’t charging you for a ton of other stuff was not making sufficient amount of money💸💵💰 you became a second-class citizen anyhow choose your dealership wisely More

Lousy service I brought my 2015 Sierra for repair where it takes a couple seconds for the transmission to engage after moving the selector to drive. They called me after having it for only 2 hours and told me that there were no error codes showing, so there's no problem. They didn't even try to duplicate the problem. More
