I’m impressed with the knowledge of the staff when it comes to the questions about the questions I have re: my 4-Runner . I wouldn't make an appointment for service it doesn't matter. I like Gates but very disappointed I wasn't told about the shield that covers the oil pan was loose and it almost fell off when I am driving matter.
