Finance department made it happen sat down with us and did their magic with the numbers where it would be affordable and made the transaction a smooth process once that was completed and the keys were handed over they spent time going over all the car options setting up the XM radio and the on star system and programing my iPhone to the car I did not feel rushed and they walked me through all options on my new car so I would feel comfortable driving off in my new car. Gave us the grand tour of the service department. Within a week I received a call to see how I liked my new car and if I had any questions or concerns and they set up my first service for us I cant say enough nice things about this dealership I am glad I was referred here and will refer them as well to family and friends Sincerely Robert & Nichole Boisvert More
I had worked with a different dealership before coming to Gates, so already knew the vehicle I wanted. Gates offered more for my trade-in then the other dealerships I worked with. They identified a vechicle out of state, but then found out it was a demo vehicle. I preferred not to take the demo since no discount was offered, and they found another vehicle that was supposedly "the same". After about a week and some delays, the vehicle arrived but unfortunetly it did not have some of the options I was looking for. Gates could have done better confirming the vehicle had the options I wanted before spending a week getting the vehicle, hence the "ok" for quality of work. I did end up finding one on the lot that had just arrived which had all the options I was looking for, just a different color. I also ordered some additional accesories for the vehicle and made a service appt to have them installed. Unfortunetly it was discovered the wrong part was ordered during the install, so I ended up having to make a second trip for the install. More

I stopped in on a Sunday to just look over the lot for a used truck. I wasn't aware that they were open but Kris Cote came out and we discussed my needs. This is the 4th Nissan I have purchased from Gates over the past 11 years. I originally came to Gates after having purchased 3 used Nissans over the previous 12 years. Jeff Kasper was the sales person involved with our first purchase. His straight forward ,relaxed and friendly manor was refreshing. We purchased the car that first visit. All the staff involved in our pruchases were friendly and helpful. I have never been to any other dealership. This last purchase Jeff was promoted to a manager so when I spoke to him he had Sharon Duga help me with the purchase. She was very nice and helpful with the purchase. The staff from sales to service were all friendly and made me feel welcome. Eric Gates went over all the warranties and financing in a very efficient and professional manner. Each time I have purchased a car from Gates I have felt that they have treated me fairly and will back up the product they sell. More

Came back because I bought a truck 13 years ago from Ralph Clement and he sold me another one and that's a tough nut to crack. He is very knowledgeable, while not being too pushy.
