When I walked into Gates I was greeted immediately and offered refreshments before they even knew why I was there. I would have thought that this should have been done a lot quicker as they knew we were coming and should have had everything all ready & set to go. The next question on this survey asks "Would you have preferred to write this review while you were still inside the dealership?" This was the second vehicle that was purchased from Gates GMC. Both times we have been very satisfied. Recently tested a used truck from gates. Vehicle had check engine lights on and almost died on test drive. Description of vehicle said nothing about needing work or the large dents in the body. Also failed to mention the tires where very worn in front indicating front end ball joints and other parts where badly worn. If you want an honest dealer buy elsewhere if you want a headache and countless spam emails /calls shop at gates. More
