Very unprofessional when it came to writing up the contract. You wanted my business and gave me a desirable offer, and then proceeded to add a warranty without disclosing pricing to ensure you got the contract. The only issue was that they had us bring it saying we had an appointment at 11:00 on Wednesday and didn't get it in until Thursday. Right now I have been w/o a car for over a week.
