A little disappointed. Though we did purchase a vehicle (2024 Equinox) we were not pleased with the entire process. Purchase price was ok. Car was very dirty upon test drive and inspection, asked for detailing before leaving. Minimal cleaning was done. I spent 5 hours the next day detailing the car. Never have I had to do that with a purchased vehicle from a dealer. Financing through our credit union, United Federal Credit Union, proved to be a challenge for your business people. Took multiple calls by myself to our credit union and to and from your business manager. Though the loan was through our credit union and in your list of approved financial institutions, it was like we had to get approved for the loan again through you to proceed. SHOULD NOT BE THAT DIFFICULT. Our prior car was financed through TDAutofinance and the website still shows our trade in vehicle NOT paid off even though it’s been a week. All in all, not sure I would purchase another vehicle through Gates. Wondering about service and how that will go. I guess I will find out. More

They had my vehicle for 3wks to replace a transmission. We got the vehicle back and there's damage to my bumper, my radio is statically & shorting out maybe due to them checking my A/C issue in my dash, an We got the vehicle back and there's damage to my bumper, my radio is statically & shorting out maybe due to them checking my A/C issue in my dash, and the receptionist took our registration out of our vehicle to verify the owners name (she said via phone call) because the tow guy just dropped the vehicle off and didn't tell them why it was there to be serviced. And we yet to receive the registration by via mail as promised and its been 11days today! Totally not Happy!!! More
