I called and spoke with gates and asked them to do an oil change while they had the truck already. They stated that they had to do one anyway because when they changed the seal they had to drain everything a change while they had the truck already. When I pick up the truck the oil change wasn't done and when I call Mary she tells me yes they did one and would get a sticker ready for me and reset my light. I take off work early to go get this done and when I get there it's a whole different story. Never did the oil change. They had my truck for over a month and blamed it on waiting for parts. It never took the other dealership that long to get parts so why can't Gates work in a timely matter and complete the services they tell me they are going to do.. I hate that I'm tired into them thru my warranty because it has been a horrible headache dealing with them since I purchased the truck. More
