I took my car in earlier last month because I had a deer run into the front driver side of my vehicle. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle there was still deer hair in the tire and still dents down run into the front driver side of my vehicle. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle there was still deer hair in the tire and still dents down the side of my car, some orange peal in the paint. We pointed that out, went back the second time, it looked much better this time besides the deer hair still stuck between the wheel and the rim showing my tire hadn’t been balanced still, we waited and they took care of that. When we went to leave the car was pulling really hard to the right. We took it right back. I received a text stating they had to order a new strut and lower control arm. At this point I was beyond frustrated. A deer impacted the side of my car, directly where my tire is, why wouldn’t that have been checked? Why was i allowed to drive off the lot like this? So my insurance sent someone out inspect it before I came out again to pick it up. I was very disappointed in this experience. What was supposed to take 7 days took 3 weeks.The only decent thing was Dennis. He put me in a rental and made sure I was taken care of during the fiasco. For that I am grateful, he’s a very kind man. But we won’t be returning. More
