I went to have an oil change and tire repair. Was told nail was in sidewall and could not be repaired. My SIL was also in to have a bolt removed from a brand new tire and was told they could not Was told nail was in sidewall and could not be repaired. My SIL was also in to have a bolt removed from a brand new tire and was told they could not repair it. We were both told they could order new tires to fix the damaged ones. I did remind the Service Manager, I would need 4 not 1 as you cannot replace just 1 tire on an AWD vehicle. My SIL and I went down the road to Zollman Tires and both tires were repaired with no issue. Neither tire repair was near sidewall and I could see the nail dead center of the tire, as could he. I was in for a leak in same tire in June and was told they could not find one. I have been a customer for over 25 years and purchased multiple vehicles and brought them all for service and tire purchases. My SIL purchased nearly $2000 in tires from Gates of Granger in July, for both of their vehicles. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and poor service at Gates of Granger. Needless to say, neither one of us will ever return and will not consider any future purchases from any Gates Dealership. There is a lot of competition and there are plenty of other places around that are willing to take our business. More

Robo took the time and really listened to what my concerns with buying a new vehicle were, including why I wanted that minivan. When we were ready to buy, he brought me an suv. I was so confused but I test drove it anyways. It checked EVERY box and concern I addressed. It literally is the perfect vehicle for my family (and it fits just as much stuff in it but looks way better) I am so happy with my purchase and even more so with Robo. He truly cares and WILL find you exactly what you want. More
