But I was sorely disappointed in the lack of attention to safety - not one employee was wearing a As usual, the service aspect of my visit was good. But I was sorely disappointed in the lack of attention to safety - not one employee was wearing a mask and physical distancing was not attempted by the service consultant. The waiting area did not have anything for disinfecting (i.e. clorox wipes) and everything looked "status quo". I was also surprised by the lack of signage/communication about health & safety protocols - was my car sanitized after the technician exited it? If not, that is fine - I just would have liked to have known. Things are different in our community as we navigate COVID - it sure didn't look like it at Gates of Granger. More
