I contacted the Internet sales about a vehicle, and they contacted me back immediately. I went to see the vehicle, and that's where the fun began. I sat around for a total of over 5 hours, and was there whe contacted me back immediately. I went to see the vehicle, and that's where the fun began. I signed the papers, and the dealership agreed to bring the papers to my home, so my handicapped spouse could sign them. They said they would be there at 10:00 AM, and I finally received a call from the sales person, at 10;35, saying they were on the way. I asked the salesman about copies of all of the documents I had signed, and he said he would look into it. The next day, I called the Financial person, and got a message saying he would return the call within 24 hours, so I left a message, asking him to call. It's now, 2 days later, and no return call. I called the Internet Manager, and asked him to please look into this matter, and he said I should have received a Thumb Drive, with all of the information. I asked him to e-mail all of the paperwork, and I will see what happens. At the present time, I have absolutely nothing, showing that I purchased the vehicle. More
