Went in looking for a special make and model on 2023 Chevy Traverse they didn't have available on hand. Sales man Jerry was able to locate the vehicle the next day for me to purchase. I had an appointment, yet it took three plus hours to do about 45 minutes worth of work. When I got my vehicle back and started to drive away I noticed that my tire pressure was very high and different on about 45 minutes worth of work. When I got my vehicle back and started to drive away I noticed that my tire pressure was very high and different on each wheel. I took it back and asked them to adjust the tire pressure. Instead of checking the tire pressure they proceed to re calibrate the sensors and told me that the screen would go blank and show the right pressure. When I got home it was still the same. 40 and 41 pounds in the rear, 39 and 42 pounds in the front. It should have been 35 rear and 32 front. Pretty sloppy attention to detail. I had to fix it. Not sure I want to return for more slip shod attention to detail. More
When it comes to vehicle shopping only two words come to mind “ROB REVERE”!!! He’s the car sales YODA. “Car you must buy” and the next thing I knew we were buying a car for my wife and myself. I would have bought a third, but my son is only seven. I can guarantee you we will be back to work with Rob when he turns 16. His knowledge and friendliness can’t be matched. At no point were we pressured or hurried. He’s the classy car sales Jedi. The FORCE is strong in this one. More
Didn't get my battery checked as requested, none of my fluids were topped off with my oil change, washer fluid was empty, brake fluid is below fill line, radiator fluid is below fill line. Sands Chevrolet fluids were topped off with my oil change, washer fluid was empty, brake fluid is below fill line, radiator fluid is below fill line. Sands Chevrolet always topped off all the fluids with an oil change, Wish I knew how bad of service I was going to get at Gateway, and I would not have bought the oil change service. I should have stayed with Sands. More
