I wasn't planning to review; however, I've been inudated with review requests, so you asked for this. I'm the car owner, not the daily driver, so when I took the car for service, the appointment was lis with review requests, so you asked for this. I'm the car owner, not the daily driver, so when I took the car for service, the appointment was listed in my name. It took a minute to find it as I gave the service people the name of the daily driver. It wasn't a big deal, but the advisor seemed. put out. I asked for a tire rotation and an oil change. He quoted me the price, so I accepted. When I told the daily driver the price, I was informed that the service advisor was supposed to offer me the package which included three sets for almost the price of one. He never said one word. (I kind of think this was because I'm a woman, and he didn't see my husband.) The appointment takes 2.5 hours This is ridiculous for an oil change, but there have been times when the wait is longer. I pick up the car, and when I go to pay, I ask the advisor to use points. "Well...I can check and see." Your advisor clearly thought he could make more money off of me for a basic service. (Again, it makes me wonder if he would have tried this with a man.) I would have let this go. However, I've received at least three emails and a text asking for a review. I went to the dealership with a maintenance light for my throttle body. I was given a women's the service contact, Marisol, I belive. I was told by her theat they would look at my vehicle and get back to me throttle body. I was given a women's the service contact, Marisol, I belive. I called her 8 time between the day i dropped off my truck and the next day with no call back to break down the estimate that i received. I was crystal clear that I needed my truck back by Saturday, EOD, December 29th. I finally called and talked to the service director, John. I went over the reissues that i was having with my vehicle fixed and that I need to have a break down of the estimate and never received one after eight phone calls. I told them I also had a clinking in the transmission sometimes. I was then give Cody as a service advisor. Cody and I talked Thursday and parts were being ordered. Saturday came and went and I never received a call back on the status of my truck. I went to the dealership and Cody was off this day so I spoke to the warranty manager that I can't remember his name. The warranty manager after 1ht was able to get me a loner vehicle that i drove until my truck was ready. The lack of communication is very unacceptable, as I stressed in the beginning, I have made it crystal clear that I need my vehicle back on Saturday December 29th. More
