I can tell you sitting in a dealership ranks as enjoyable as sitting in a doctor's office. Then the service advisor shares a recommended service, which the customer knows will cost more at a dealership than DIY. If the customer trusted the dealership the customer might pay for the convenience. The fact I have to share this tells me Ken Garff executives have no idea how to run an effective business. More
