I regret purchasing from this dealer as I’ve only had one service advisor (an older gentleman) proactively communicate to me in the last three years. Whether during Joe Gambino or Ken Garff timeframe, this hasn’t changed. The only reason I continued coming was due to having a pre-paid service plan. Now that I’ve used all of that, I won’t be coming back for service here. Majority of service advisors were not friendly or super helpful and during multiple extended services where I had to leave my vehicle there, I was having to call multiple times and leave messages to get any sort of information or update. Not a fan of the dealer or service department. Won’t be returning. More
The only good thing about this dealership was the price. Everything else was lousy. They had a week to get the paperwork ready, but did nothing ahead of time. The new truck looked great on the outside, not so much inside. I didn't notice it until my 90 minute drive home (in the sun) that the dashboard had large smudges, stains, and scratches. They had placed the window stick on the dash covering this up, and the truck was in a covered shady spot when I looked it over. The stains an scratches would not clean up. I contacted the dealership and sent photos, Andre never followed up. A couple of days later I noticed that there is something under the dash sliding around every time I turn. If all that matters is price, Ken Garff is ok. If you can find it elsewhere for the same price, I would. More
Rosa was excellent from beginning to end. She was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Customer service aspect is not the best, as a consumer I didn’t just jump on what they recommended; I had to deal with a few people and one being a director and he was a tad too sensitive. Salesmen David was nice. Wish sales manger Erasmo “Razz” would listen and not charge customers for dealer packages and add on’s that were declined.
