The process started out good, I pre prepared and Dwayne was helpful to get the sale. Not until everything was settled and he had the sale and my bank had funded the loan, everything changed, no longer was was helpful to get the sale. He knew I was driving 2 hours to get there and I had my payment checks in hand, not until I got there did they mention my co-signer had to be there, even though I had both checks and everything was signed with our bank before hand. I would have had no issue bringing him, had I known ahead of time. The manager came and blamed my bank for not telling me, even though it was the dealerships problem for not telling me. We said “why are you acting this way? You’re getting a sale?” The manager then replied “not even that much”. It was a 17k car. So insulting. They had me sit around for 2 hours both days I went to sign paperwork, the first day nothing happened. Online it also said the car was keyless entry and remote push to start, it was neither. They said for the issues they would fill up my tank before giving me the car, they did not. When I was about to leave, there was a car parked behind me that they didn’t move for at least 10 minutes, so I could not leave, until another salesman got upset and told them to move the car so I could leave. Overall it was a horrible experience, if my loan was not funded and I didn’t put so much effort driving up there and back the first day, I would have just walked away from the sale. They knew they had me already so they stopped caring. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My advisor had poor communication skills, I was the first one there for an oil change and had to wait over 2 hours because keys were misplaced and no one took the time to let me know.
