Bad customer service. I never got fallow calls, updates, or status. Whenever I reached out to my assigned advisor never got a call or text back. I had to drive out to the dealership twice to get information and just to be told the part is backed ordered and unable to even get it until 4-6 months. But if it wasn’t for me reaching out, I never heard back from the dealership. I got my car back extremely dirty, looked abandoned in a junkyard, not even a courtesy car wash for not even being able to fix it. I took it somewhere else, and it got fixed in two days. This place is only suitable for oil changes, that’s all. More
