My salesman Gillie was great. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in and he made it work. There was issues when it came to finance where t I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in and he made it work. There was issues when it came to finance where the initial finance manager worked the wrong numbers. He then left with our deal incomplete. The next finance manager had to fix the mistake which added a lot of extra time spent at the dealership. Our deal was for 2 vehicles and I would think the team would want to get done. This was not a great experience especially when I was told all I needed to do was come in and finalize the deal. More
