Sales staff was very attentive and friendly. They added a $900+ Dealer Cost for tinting windows, etc. that I didn't want because the car I bought was a year old and I didn't need it, however, the dealershi a $900+ Dealer Cost for tinting windows, etc. that I didn't want because the car I bought was a year old and I didn't need it, however, the dealership wouldn't let me take if off - in hindsight, I should have negotiated a lower price for the car to compensate. Main downside is that Gateway's after purchase service is terrible. They would not return calls or follow-up with "we owe you" items. I finally had to drive down to the dealership and take care of things in person. More

Poor customer service. Brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado 3,000 mile. Was told would not be given a loaner without looking at truck, arrived and said it was too late to look at this afternoon and they would 3,000 mile. Explained I had to pick up my infant child. He said he would see what he could do. Waited an hour to get a vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, he told me to wait outside, about 20 minutes later he came out handed me the keys and said it was in the second row. Got in the truck and all the paper covers paper boots and plastic were all left in the vehicle. More
