It was fast, and simple. I just toke my truck for it’s first service. I flew in to this dealership from Seattle -- with a target of a specific truck. Turns out they won't hold a vehicle for you, even if you offer to put a deposit down. That truck sold in the 3 days between when I booked a flight and was able to get on a plane. I will say that Mike was super accommodating to pick me up from the airport and get me to the dealership, especially knowing that I was 100% going to buy a truck. If I didn't buy a truck after booking a one way flight, I was going to be fairly screwed. I had a list of must haves I wanted on a truck, they were mostly ignored with a change to "well, here is what we have right this second". He was very helpful in showing me what was there at the time, which met some of the criteria. (BTW, they don't order their "standard LT/WT/RST" trucks with the chevy safety packages. They use it as a way to push for LTZ or higher priced trim models) I did feel a bit slighted that the price on the www site and the price I paid was different. I completely didn't see a mention (even when I asked) that you can't do 0% financing AND get the manufacturers rebate. Mike was helpful on at least going back to finance and letting me compare my options so I could choose wisely. Also this dealership charges a fee of $900 for tinting -- but I'm relatively certain this is done as the truck is built. One nice part, the finance guy wasn't too pushy when I declined extra warrantee's for tires or extended service plans. He did double check with me, but not in an obnoxious or pressured way. Now all of that is annoying, but not nearly as bad as waiting 2.5 hours post financing complete to just have the truck washed inside and out. There was no walk thru of how the features of the truck worked -- just here's your keys sorry for the delay. But the real kicker -- THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME A COPY OF MY PAPERWORK! I have no copy of anything I signed, either the papers or the digitized version and I'm not sure how I can register this in Washington. More
Happy with the deal I got and the treatment from the sales staff. Salesman wasn't pushy and went out of his way to assist with multiple test drives and working on my schedule. It was crowded, but worth the wait. The people I dealt with throughout the day were good to be around. I cannot say enough about the salesman that spent 5 hours with me.
