Friendly staff. The only complaint that I have about the buying process is during the finance portion, I was asked to sign a document that said I was buying the car as-is without a warranty, when in fact th buying process is during the finance portion, I was asked to sign a document that said I was buying the car as-is without a warranty, when in fact the car was a certified pre owned with a warranty. When I questioned him on this and asked where that documentation was, he told me to take a screenshot of the website and that is what I would use. This wasn't very reassuring considering that I had to sign an as-is, no warranty document. More
