The dealership knew I was traveling from Las Vegas to purchase a truck. We put the deal and financing together the day before I drove down to sign the paperwork. I even kept the salesperson (Trevor) abreast of my progress so the dealership knew when I was getting there to sign the paperwork and take possession of the truck. Trevor was helpful through the transaction. It was the other experiences that I had at your dealership that made this the worst experience I have had buying a truck. I bought another truck out of state this way and was in and out of the other dealership in under an hour. I was at your dealership about 3 hours because the paperwork was not ready. When I did my walk around of the truck and OnStar activation call I noticed that the Gateway Value Package had not been done and the fuel tank was nearly empty. Trevor got the fuel tank filled right away. Trevor got his manager and Anthony the GSM came out. I introduced myself and explained that I had traveled from Vegas and the value package was forced on me and since the work had not been completed, I asked him to either take it off or get it done. I forget who it was but someone said it was too cold to put window tint on. Anthony walked about 10 feet away and called someone on his phone and said "I have a difficult customer..." He then went inside without saying anything to the three of us. Within probably 60 seconds the owner of the tint shop showed up and I went with him to his shop down the street and got it taken care of. He said there were no issues with the weather. It took extra time that did not need to happen but he got it handeled. I even saw one of your dealership cars come out of his bay. The tint, cups, etc should have been done prior to my arrival or while I was doing the paperwork. I own a contracting business and buy multiple trucks (the last two were brand new Silverados from dealerships and I have also purchased used silverados) and this by far was the worst experience I have had at a dealership Chevy or any other. More
