Annoyed with the very wrong estimate time and actual time it took to get an alignment done. Was told 1 1\2 hrs actually took more than 3 hours with no communication to let me know it was going to take longer it took to get an alignment done. I have no issue with the service advisor or the service received, but it took entirely too long to complete. I had an appointment at 11:10, checked in a bit early and was told 2.5 hour wait.
