I will say that on the day of the sale, it seemed like this would be a great experience. I was nervous about buying a used car. I purchased a 2010 Camaro from Ricky Gonzalez with an extended warranty from this would be a great experience. I was nervous about buying a used car. I purchased a 2010 Camaro from Ricky Gonzalez with an extended warranty from Nick Pitts and left with a sense of confidence that this was a good purchase and I felt valued. I was wrong. The moment I left the dealership, the friendliness left as well. Less than 2 weeks of having the car, my check engine light came on. I had the code read and was a catalytic converter failure. I texted Ricky and stated I was not happy that now I may have a very expensive repair. He talked with his manager and told me to bring it in since I had the warranty. I made an appointment and Robert Hernandez wad assigned as my service contact. When I arrived at my appointment it took over 10 minutes for me to be acknowledged and for Robert to come out. I explained to Robert that I had a check engine light on and that there was also a loud grinding noise when starting car. He asked if I can hear noise now and I said it is louder on cold start and when you start to accelerate. I also inquired about replacing my front bowtie emblem. The next day I waited to about noon to call Robert. It took a few attempts of me calling him to get an update. He said he forgot to call me earlier and that the repair would cost $1300.00. He also stated that there is no grinding noise and that the emblem would run $500 ($450 in labor). I told him that I had an extended warranty. He replied that it is not covered and my two options were OEM parts at the cost stated or after market cost $700. I asked to be transferred to used sales. I was unable to reach Ricky and wanted to get info about returning the car and getting my money back. He didn't respond. I was able to speak with Ken? (used car sales manager). After telling him how upset i was, we agreed to me paying my deductible and that he will tell Robert. I was finally able to get Robert on the phone after several messages. He said he never got my messages. He also stated no one told him and he had to verify with Ken. He also said if verified it won't be ready until the next day since I failed to get back to him. The next day, it took several attempts again to get Robert on the phone. At this time he gave me his cell number. He text me later that day and said car will not be ready but he can give me loaner. When I picked up my car, there is that loud metal grinding noise. It does it everyday. I should not have to pay for these repairs except for the emblem. Through this experience , it is clear that I am not important, my time is not valued and my concerns are not validated. I had to fight way to hard to get things done. I know these people do not return phone calls. I know that they try to rip me off. I was able to replace emblem myself in about 20 seconds and cost $35. I know they didn't look into engine noise. Maybe if I would have bought a $80k vehicle maybe I could get someone to answer the phone. More

Went for a oil change and waited for 2hrs for service to completed. Wasn’t to upset with the pandemic going on but when I got my vehicle back oil life wasn’t reset and oil sticker did not match date for ser completed. Had my vehicle in for oil change and tire balance. They were very easy to deal with over the phone but charged way too much to just balance my tires (couldn’t rotate due to size difference) also claimed th were very easy to deal with over the phone but charged way too much to just balance my tires (couldn’t rotate due to size difference) also claimed they would wash it and didn’t. I had oily handprints on the hood and side of my car. Also, they did a multipoint inspection but their paperwork gave no details as to the condition of my brakes, or anything else they checked. Nice people but service definitely lacking. More
