Justin was great, can't say that about Larry in finance Your dealership is too pushy. Justin, our sales guy was great, he's your biggest asset there. We received multiple phone calls to remind us of our appointment, when we set it up the evening before, (one before you closed and another as we were on our way) made us have second thoughts, as that is a bit annoying. When an appt is set at 6pm the evening before for a 10am meeting the next morning, I'm pretty sure an individual is not going to forget. Additionally, Larry, the finance guy, tried to slide in some "extras" at an additional cost without us having a full understanding of what we were signing and hand wrote in the offer on paper was a bit weird and made my husband and I feel uncomfortable. What's the point of negotiating with the sales guy and then have to negotiate with the finance guy. A week later, we stopped by to finalize the paperwork and give our deposit and Larry claimed there was a little "road bump" and proceed to tell us he messed up on our paperwork and the payment was going to be higher than what was agreed upon. I just about walked out of there but he did make it right. Who in their right mind thinks that is going to be okay? More
