Disappointed First of all, I would not recommend this dealership to nobody. They get your hopes high and then shoot them down. Great service advisor My problem is - I own a 2009 Saturn Outlook and had my 100,000 mile tune up as instructed and thought my next tune up would be at 200,000 miles and I My problem is - I own a 2009 Saturn Outlook and had my 100,000 mile tune up as instructed and thought my next tune up would be at 200,000 miles and I was told the tune up was good till then. Around 140,000 miles I was experiencing problems. The problem was diagnosed as a transmission and motor mount problem. I had a new transmission and motor mounts installed and the problem did not go away. I bought a FIXD OBD2 scanner and found out my 3 & 5th cylinders were not firing and was informed I needed a tune up. My question is why was I told I need a new transmission and motor mounts and the problem still existed and turns out the problem would have been fixed with a tune up that only lasted 45,000 miles. When I ask that question I was told that sometimes things (xxxx) happens. I was also informed that I need to replace the cabin filter and turned out I don't have a cabin filter. I am beginning to feel as though I am buying things I really did not need or want. More

Now I have scratches in the paint because of the leftover dirt in the paint. More

Top Notch Car Buying Experience!!! From start to finish the entire car buying process at Gateway Chevrolet was A+! Being that we both come from auto sales and RV finance background, we spent a couple of months ruling out dealerships in the area based on their service, inventory offerings and slick sales manuevers. We are easy to please folks, but tough critics! Yoli made us feel comfortable right away, did a great job of pointing out the features of the vehicle and listening to our wants/needs! Tony made us feel like we were a part of HIS family, worked with us to get the figures right for both sides (classiest negotiator we have ever worked with!), and made sure to follow up with us on a couple of concerns even after the ink was dry! Hats off to Tony, Yoli and "the man behind the glass" - nothing but praise for the entire team! As for Kevin in Finance, again nothing but thank yous and kudos for making us feel comfortable, understanding his audience/client, patiently answering all of our questions and going the extra mile to complete the purchase process! I sincerely hope the owner of this dealership receives a copy of their reviews, as he should be reminded of just how incredible and on point his entire staff truly is!
