I’ve brought my truck here for several oil changes because they were pre-paid when I bought the vehicle new. I also made an appointment to remove a screw from the tire and plug it. Well, it took a week to get to the car for what was probably 2 hours worth of work. During which time I had to have a rental car at considerable expense. You asked when I dropped off the car if I wanted washed for free, I said sure! Thank you. The car was never washed. Then you continued to send me texts and emails asking for feedback. A little advice, if you don't get a response from the first one we don't want to reply and continued emails and texts will only lose you 1 or 2 stars when we do respond. Also I'm my case. The problem turned out to be a spark plug. I feel a good company would have just replaced all 4 as a precaution instead of just the one hoping it doesn't happen again. More
