I had an oil change scheduled and it took 3 hours. They asked when I called if I would be waiting for the vehicle. I said yes. I know days can be busy, but 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous ! They asked if I wanted it washed , I said no bc I wasn't going to wait even longer . It should've been done in the 3 hours They had it. I had 4 valve stem covers on my tires when I arrived, then 2 when I left. More
