Communication is not always great- not told reasonable expectations at first visit. Better info on second visit- BUT they did not follow thru and have my keys ready when promised. Then when I got car back, little things like the rear view mirror being upside down after the install were annoying. More
We made an appointment for 10:40 on a Monday morning and dropped the car off at 7. We were then told that it may take 4 days to get to it for a diagnosis (it took 3). Our service advisor Trinidad, said that he didn’t know they replaced the catalytic convertor and oxygen sensors under a recall, even though my wife gave him the paperwork. He said the one they installed was conveniently only under warranty for 1 year and it failed at 13 months. They’d be happy to install a new one for around $2000. I told them that we couldn’t pay that much every year since that is apparently how long theirs last. My wife thinks they install the worst one they can and charge Chevy as much as they can and then charge the vehicle owners thousands more when they fail just outside the warranty. But that is only our opinion. Anyway, we won’t go back there. More
