The service advisor was friendly but extremely inaccurrate in the amount of time to get a basic oil change. It appears the appointment system is a joke. I scheduled an inspection a few months ago. Breaks had been checked and passed. Less than 3,000 miles later, 'service break assist' notification hit the dashboard. Break pedal instantly hardene Breaks had been checked and passed. Less than 3,000 miles later, 'service break assist' notification hit the dashboard. Break pedal instantly hardened during operation not stopping the truck as intended. Turns out that the vaccum pump and the break booster were bad causing hot spots to roter and issues to the break pads. Rotors and pads should not need to be replaced per the tech recommendations within 3000 miles of a passed inspection. This was a miss from the first start if ever inspected from the get. A/C no longer blowing cold after appt. Lastly the knock in the engine which the service department says is normal...but sure is a sound I dont wanna ever hear in any truck or car. Dealership had the truck for 5 days. Poor -- Disappointed 😔 More
