Thanks for reaching out, I certainly appreciate the follow up and understand that things are sometimes not in the control of customer expectations. Weather these were isolated incidents or the typical case of finding a mechanic you can trust, I haven't been satisfied twice in 3,000 miles -- were moving on to recommend Car Shield service stations and I am not seeing Gateway on that list.
