I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Gateway. My transmission needed repair and was told it would take 15 days. However, it ended up taking over six weeks to complete the work. To make it matters My transmission needed repair and was told it would take 15 days. However, it ended up taking over six weeks to complete the work. To make it matters worse, I discovered the actual repair only took seven hours! The lack of transparency throughout the process was frustrating. I had to constantly follow up for updates. I expected a Gateway to handle repairs efficiently and professionally, but this experience has left me questioning their competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. More

Poor communication, don’t have a fix just a reset which has been done before-2 months prior, had my car from appointment day until they actually looked at it for 3 weeks-it was safe to drive and on many o has been done before-2 months prior, had my car from appointment day until they actually looked at it for 3 weeks-it was safe to drive and on many occasion I asked-since I was using uber, if I could use it and I could bring it back within a few hours when they were “actually “ ready to look at it-they said it just has to sit in their property or I lose my place in line, foul smell inside when I picked up my dirty truck-was a takeout bag with a left steak- I thought something died. Not sure how no one noticed. Also on my last call to get an update I was told another few weeks so I said I’d come pick it up and take it to a different dealership and I got a call back that it would be looked at the next day??? Finally the only way to actually speak with someone in service was to call sales first. Usually even that didn’t work. Yes and asking for a manager didn’t help. More
