Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Cliff Levinsky has the worst customer service. He would not return calls or provide updates on my vehicle until I had to call and ask for a service Cliff Levinsky has the worst customer service. He would not return calls or provide updates on my vehicle until I had to call and ask for a service manager (John who was also exceptionally rude). At one point he accused me of calling him a liar, which I never did, although he did in fact lie to me several times throughout the month. He also hung up on me when I asked questions that he didn't have answers for. They had my brand new vehicle for over a month, longer than I had it before the repair needed to be done. When my car was finally done, they didn't even fill the engine back up with fluid, it was under a minimum amount. When they returned it, there are several scratches in the interior and exterior of the vehicle and they refuse to do anything about it. When I asked to speak to someone about it, they refused, even though they admit that the photos they took of my vehicle prior to working on it show none of the damage. Stay far away from this dealership!!! More

Jenny was horrible, never answered her phone and completely dropped the ball with getting me a rental. I paid so much out of pocket because of her mistakes and uselessness. I had to pay for Lyft rides to and from work for a week because she never got me a rental and they supposedly had no loaners available. So because they had no loaners and my brand new car was a piece of crap, I had to then pay for rides everywhere. Their service on my car was a waste of time, all of my complaints that I stated were going on with the car, when I got the car back all the paperwork said they weren’t able to duplicate the error and just brushed everything off saying nothing was wrong other than the check engine light. Don’t go here. More

The tech who done my previous oil change never returned my wheel hub lock key. The dealership offered to sell me a new one. That was not acceptable. The dealership has not replaced my locks.
