I had to drive from Phoenix to Santa Fe, NM, like that. And the ALC brakes has missing nuts and they may have burnt, the brake release is missing a nut and doesn't function now. Need I say more, good thing it's warrantied and away from you! More

Last time they gave me back my Tahoe with the fuel light on. I dropped it off with 1/3 tank. So rental car plus 40 in fuel for a half xxx job. No accountability for what happened, the service manager said " my used car repair team is my "b" team, and he said my car needed his "a" teams attention. I hadnt even paid the first payment and I had it back 4 times.They did give me free Lyfts to where I needed. Service guy was nice but very little communication and didnt follow through. But made sure to ask me for a good review on this survey. Expected more out of Chevy dealership. They did say I could bring it in again but Id rather just live with the screeching the brakes do.
