Very very very poor service. I hate that I purchased my truck from here and got the extended warranty from this place. My truck is leaking something so I took it in to get looked I hate that I purchased my truck from here and got the extended warranty from this place. My truck is leaking something so I took it in to get looked at on a Monday. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks out. when I took it in I was told to plan on my truck not being looked at until Wednesday. I was okay with that because they were telling me well in advance. There was no communication initiated from the service members I had to make all the phone calls and texts reaching out to them about the status of my vehicle. My truck was not looked at until Thursday and I was told that I was lucky it was looked at because the service guy told me he had me "cut the line" because I was demanding answers. then they told me nothing was wrong with my truck even though it billows out white smoke and smells like something is burning. I then asked my mechanic and he told me what to tell the dealership and then the serviceman changed the diagnostic of my truck saying that it was leaking but it wasn't enough of a leak to be fixed and that my extended warranty wouldn't cover it. I said I was trying to be proactive in taking care of my truck and they were telling me it needed to be a bigger issue... how does that make sense? I finally got my truck back on a Friday after being told they would have it for a max of 3 days. Nothing was done to my truck and I lost out on work because of their lack of communication, false communication, and lack of honoring their extended warranty. I only got my truck back that same week because I made an ordeal about it because I wasn't going to be shafted and then to be told nothing was wrong with it and then there was something wrong with it after I told them what my mechanic said and then them proceeding to tell me it wasn't a big enough issue to warrant them fixing it with the extended warranty. More
I have normally never had an issue with this dealership. Unfortunetly when I brought my car in for an oil change this last time. I had an appointment for 9:20 am and I promptly arrived at 910. I ended up waiting 4 hours for my oil change to be done. I never got any updates after a few hours I went to the advisor and asked for an update. I was told it would be around another 30 minutes. It ended up being like another hour and a half. Then another employee came and told me that they were just doing paperwork should be ready in about 5 minutes. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. More
