I purchased a 2024 convertible corvette and my salesperson was Marc Cone. He was very knowledgeable in regard to new corvettes. He was low key and not pushy. He answered all of my questions and he salesperson was Marc Cone. He was very knowledgeable in regard to new corvettes. He was low key and not pushy. Originally had some issues with getting warranty claim processed in a timely manner. No one would return my calls. Finally drove into the dealership and spoke with the GM Robert Revere. Mr Revere immediat processed in a timely manner. No one would return my calls. Finally drove into the dealership and spoke with the GM Robert Revere. Mr Revere immediately dropped what he was doing and took me back to the service department personally. He introduced me my service advisor, Liz Diaz. Liz was absolutely phenomenal. She always kept me informed and her follow up was terrific. My warranty service claim was quickly processed and my vehicle is now in working order. I highly recommend Liz Diaz and Gateway Chevy. More
