The drop off went well but they called me a day later to tell me I would have to pay to diagnose my vehicle that is under warranty. Then tell me I have to pay for tires and brake brakes ( I didn’t have any tell me I would have to pay to diagnose my vehicle that is under warranty. Then tell me I have to pay for tires and brake brakes ( I didn’t have any issues with those) before they will go any further trying to diagnose my engine/transmission problem? After a few minutes of questions the advisor then tells me they have not had a tech look at it yet and it will be a few days ( and over the weekend) without a vehicle. Two week days later they can’t find anything and I need to come get my vehicle because they couldn’t find anything because I wouldn’t buy tires from them?? More

I had never been to a dealership to have a car serviced so was a little lost. No one really seemed to notice. I had made an appointment over the phone for 1040 am when I was checked in I was informed that so was a little lost. No one really seemed to notice. I had made an appointment over the phone for 1040 am when I was checked in I was informed that they were running about 3 hours behind. Unfortunately I had no other choice but than to wait there for my car to get oil change completed. It ended up only being about 2.5 hours, I got a call from another advisor stating my car was ready for pick up & to head there (I was a waiter). I was told that my brake pads are going to need to be replaced asap and that my service advisor that had to leave unexpectedly will be sending me an estimate that evening. However still haven’t received estimate. I feel like there was a lot of employees standing around with nothing to do inside. However I’m sure the guys / ladies out in the bays were busy busy. We’ll see how my next visit goes. More
