My 2020 chevy traverse was in the shop awaiting a part and trying to totally figure out issue with vehicle for 3 months. When I finally got the vehicle back it was a mess. I had just washed it after picki and trying to totally figure out issue with vehicle for 3 months. When I finally got the vehicle back it was a mess. I had just washed it after picking it up the first time they thought it was fixed and had to return it the same day. when It was picked up it was covered with dust and dirt from setting so long and they didn't even bother to rinse it off. the inside was also dirty. I had a bag of trash that I forgot to throw out while cleaning the vehicle and the service dept. just dumped it out in the back seat don't know why they did that also my loose change was all over the back floor for some odd reason. And soda cans which I don't use where thrown on the floor of the vehicle. Was very dissatisfied with how it was returned. More

Didn't even look at my car because it was 1000 miles over warranty. Said it was the AC compressor. Took it to another shop and it was a crack in my exhaust which was covered and it was in a month before warranty. Said it was the AC compressor.
