Service was to the point, but they keep confusing what was paid for during the contract and what service is being done. They sell items and their members don't understand it or know how to use it. This is the second time my vehicle has been in this shop and both times Quality issues; does not seem to be important. I expect my vehicle to come out of your shop no worse than it went in. Doesn't seem to be important to you. When I have to go home and clean the oil off my truck from your sloppy work, that's a problem. More

I ws very please with the service Cody provided for me. I didnt have an appointment but I decided I needs to get a new battery and Cody was very understanding of my needs and with no appointment he went ahea didnt have an appointment but I decided I needs to get a new battery and Cody was very understanding of my needs and with no appointment he went ahead and got in scheduel for same day service and was in and out within 2 hours or less. Now if that isnt going above and beyond for the customer. I was very please and impressed with how Cody was professional and his approach to getting the customer needs taken care of. Thank you More

I purchased tire replacement from the dealer with warranty. When I showed up due to an unexpected flat the refused service because I had no appointment. The earliest appointment is 1 week out. Also I had to get one tire fixed already and this may be the same tire that Chevy "repaired". I will not purchase any vehicles or anything from this dealer again. Discount Tire Co had it fixed in an hour as a walk in for free. More
