Robert is very polite and professional. I had said my key chain was missing and basically accused the shop of taking it. When someone takes there vehicles there for oil change with the vip care it’s automatically that they have to do tire rotation. Even when I took my truck back for transmission problem I even told them to make sure do my tire rotation because they had forgot last time when I came for oil change so when my truck was ready for pick up I asked if they did my tire rotation they said “ no but we can push it in it’s gonna take about 20mins “ I said ok that’s fine I when back after 30mins to check it wasn’t even on the lift then I went back to check another 30mins it was on the lift someone was working on it then 45 minutes later i check on it again they said I thought someone was working on it so this whole time I was waiting for a simple tire rotation they were xxxxxxxxxxxx me saying someone was working on it when no one was working on it. Their service sucks every time I go Theres always an issue even when I leave my truck with AN SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT for an oil change a day before More

My repair took 3 days. Should have been sooner and John did not communicate very well with me at all. I had to call him to find out what was going on with my repair, not good customer service.
