Robert is very polite and professional. I had said my key chain was missing and basically accused the shop of taking it. Wish I had looked in the console before contacting him - I have never had a problem with Gateway in the 5 years I've been going there. More

When someone takes there vehicles there for oil change with the vip care it’s automatically that they have to do tire rotation. Even when I took my truck back for transmission problem I even told them to make sure do my tire rotation because they had forgot last time when I came for oil change so when my truck was ready for pick up I asked if they did my tire rotation they said “ no but we can push it in it’s gonna take about 20mins “ I said ok that’s fine I when back after 30mins to check it wasn’t even on the lift then I went back to check another 30mins it was on the lift someone was working on it then 45 minutes later i check on it again they said I thought someone was working on it so this whole time I was waiting for a simple tire rotation they were xxxxxxxxxxxx me saying someone was working on it when no one was working on it. Their service sucks every time I go Theres always an issue even when I leave my truck with AN SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT for an oil change a day before More

John did an excellent job handling my recent Traverse service. I had an oil leak that turned out to be a front cover seal, a rather involved job, but fortunately it was still under warranty. My repair took 3 days. Should have been sooner and John did not communicate very well with me at all. I had to call him to find out what was going on with my repair, not good customer service.
