It was almost impossible to call the dealership to set up an appointment or check on repair status. Calls would be routed around in circles and no one would answer. When attempting to pay for the service I was sent to at least 3 different people starting with the cashier. Vehicle was returned with the check engine light on, which was not the case when the vehicle was turned in. No response from the dealership after calling about this. Go somewhere else if you need service. More
Service agent was nice but i waited for car for 8.5 hours even though i had an appointment. I had to continue to reach out to the rep to get an update, and when i asked to speak with a manager, no one was av even though i had an appointment. I had to continue to reach out to the rep to get an update, and when i asked to speak with a manager, no one was available at the time, 2.5 hours later when my car was ready, a manager was still not available. The reason i had to wait was because your shuttle or uber or whatever you use doesn’t go as far as i lived. At the end i suggested to the agent that maybe offering an alternative would have been good, he stated “i didn’t even think about that, i guess we could have taken you somewhere to go shopping” really? Shopping? You think my problem with losing an entire work day is that i couldnt go shopping? More

They lost one of my lug nut locks the first time I got my oil changed at Gateway Chevrolet. I noticed two days later and called but they never offered to make it right. Since they’re just down the street fro oil changed at Gateway Chevrolet. I noticed two days later and called but they never offered to make it right. Since they’re just down the street from me I thought I’d try them again for an oil change. This time they didn’t rotate my tires because they said they couldn’t find the lug nut key. It was in the glove box but nobody bothered to look. When I pointed it out they said I should have left it out for them even though I wasn’t told that. That key is where it has always been since I bought the vehicle new. BTW, Courtesy Chevrolet never gave me any problems but they’re too far from where I live. I guess I’ll have to take it back there from now on. More
