Dominic was of great help. We were initially turned away and told we couldn’t leave the car w/o an appt for an oil change and 1st available appt was 2 weeks out. The wait time for an oil change is horrible 😫 everytime I go. Customer service pearson was rude . Went in 4 times for same repair in about a month. Still not fixed. So frustrated with this car and service I sold my car and will never buy from this dealer again. Spent 256.00 on rentals. Their answer, “It’s been done for a while” later same day I called asking about our extended warranty and was told, “It’s only good at gateway Chevrolet, no other dealer will honor it because we are privately owned”.
