I ask if it included tire rotation and they said it did and was ask if i wanted a wash and i said ok when my truck was done i looked at my truck it showed no signs of being washed which leads me to believe that my tires wore not rotated. again two hours or more for an oil change when my appointment is very disappointing. Bad customer service. I never got fallow calls, updates, or status. Whenever I reached out to my assigned advisor never got a call or text back. I had to drive out to the dealership twice to get information and just to be told the part is backed ordered and unable to even get it until 4-6 months. But if it wasn’t for me reaching out, I never heard back from the dealership. I got my car back extremely dirty, looked abandoned in a junkyard, not even a courtesy car wash for not even being able to fix it. I took it somewhere else, and it got fixed in two days. This place is only suitable for oil changes, that’s all. More

Lack of customer service and care for its customers, took my car in for the first time to this dealer and probably the last time. This was the first time ive ever left my car and had it looking worse when i went to pick it up. left my car extremely dirty and with low tire pressure. sure made it seem like they didnt really check much. im glad there wasnt any issues with my car cause by the looks of how they gave me my car back i wouldnt trust they would have my best interest and actually would want to help me out.
